Strengthening clarity, structure, & trust in a consulting website

Intent Business Consulting needed a website that could better communicate its services while establishing a stronger sense of professionalism and trust. Although the existing site contained the core information, it lacked a clear business identity and did not fully convey the depth of the work. At the same time, the site was highly content-driven, with limited visual assets. The redesign focused on using structure, typography, and layout to create clarity, while maintaining flexibility as the business continues to grow.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was working with a content-heavy site that had little visual support. Rather than relying on stock imagery to fill space, the goal was to create a design that used structure, typography, and spacing to guide the user.

The site also needed to balance two things: clearly communicating complex services while remaining easy to navigate and update over time. In addition, the design needed to reinforce a stronger sense of credibility and professionalism through presentation alone.

The final site presents the business with a clearer, more structured identity, improving both usability and perceived credibility.

Content is easier to scan and navigate, while the design supports complex information without overwhelming the user. The result is a flexible and scalable foundation that the client can continue to build on as the business evolves.

The site takes a content-first approach, using typography, spacing, and layout to create clarity without relying on imagery.

Given the volume of information, I introduced progressive disclosure, allowing users to scan high-level content and expand sections as needed for more detail. Longer sections such as services and project examples were structured into dropdown components, making the page easier to navigate without overwhelming the user.

The build in Webflow was designed to support long-term use, enabling the client to confidently add new services or project examples without disrupting the layout. This creates a flexible system that keeps the interface clean while allowing content to grow over time
