
I'm a UX/UI Designer and Webflow Developer from Vancouver, Canada. Drawing from my background in leadership, sales, and customer experience, I create intuitive, empathy-driven designs that help users navigate digital spaces with ease.
My path to UX/UI design wasn't traditional, but every role has shaped how I approach problem-solving and user experience. Seven years at Apple taught me how to align user needs with business goals through facilitating onboarding programs, managing store operations across large teams, and adapting my approach to meet diverse needs. These experiences strengthened my ability to balance empathy with strategy, a skill that informs every project I take on today.

My experience guiding customers through products and services deepened my understanding of intuitive design and accessibility; principles I now apply to create digital experiences.

Studying animal behaviour sharpened my analytical and research skills while deepening my understanding of user needs, reinforcing my human-centered design approach.

I facilitated onboarding programs for team members of all experience levels, adapting my approach to various learning styles. This refined my ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging experiences.
